Terms & Conditions
| No contract will subsist between you and L'Authentique for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until L'Authentique accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. | Minimum Order Quantities: There are no minimum order quantities. |
| Ways to pay: We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, UK Issued Maestro, and Visa Electron. Please note we do not accept cheques, postal orders or payment by PayPal. At L'Authentique, your card is only charged once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for these until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if we are unable to complete your order. All transactions involving credit and debit cards are performed over a secure internet connection – indicated by a padlock on the bottom of the browser. We use 128 Bit certificates from Geotrust. |
| Security checks: As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details. We hope you appreciate that this is undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention, and is a necessary precaution. |

| Delivery lead times: All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown in one corner of the address label. You will only be charged once per order for delivery no matter how many separate shipments we make to you. Items will be posted using Royal Mail first class mail. Delivery times are 3-5 working days from despatch. For details of Royal Mail non delivery procedures – visit www.royalmail.com or visit your local post office. |
| Returns Policy: Owing to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy on all lingerie and hosiery items. We always check for any possible flaws or defects in your garments before we despatch, to ensure you receive a quality garment at all times. In the unlikely event that a fault may be found, it is requested that you email us within 2 days of receiving your parcel, to notify us of the fault. If we feel that a returns is viable, we will issue you with a returns label which will include the correct postage. We will not accept any returns that are not authorised. We do not exchange or refund any items for any other reason but faulty. We will happily exchange faulty items if they have not been worn, are clean, still in the original packaging with tags and are free from the smell of smoke and other odours. Your item should be returned to us within 5 days of receiving the returns slip. If all the conditions above have been met, it will be at our sole discretion if a manufacturing fault has been found, and if a replacement item is viable or not. We do not refund on lingerie or hosiery items. We will supply a like for like on faulty goods. In the event that we are not able to supply an exchange for a returned item, we will then offer a refund. |
